NPT Employability Training Program

Today we celebrate the dedication, enthusiasm and achievements of the latest cohort of learners participating in our ongoing training program through NPT Employability, specifically designed to support those impacted by the redundancies at Tata Steel, Port Talbot.

Haydn Clement, Andrew Mayers and Matthew Jones have spent a week with us at our Centre of Excellence, near Bridgend, south Wales.

Our tailored initiative not only equipped participants with essential skills in joint integrity – a critical aspect of industrial operations – but also fostered a renewed sense of confidence and professional growth. Their commitment, determination, and resilience throughout the week is truly inspiring.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this program a success. Together, we’re turning challenges into stepping stones toward brighter futures.

The following courses and certifications are covered within our development program – specifically designed and delivered for learners to understand the ‘human’ impact to safety as well as gaining knowledge and skills specific to mechanical joint integrity of bolted flanged joints in hazardous industries;

✅ Human Performance/Human Error (Chronic Unease)
