✅ Flange inspection/QA services: We offer independent third-party verification and flange inspection services for projects, turnarounds and commissioning/ decommissioning throughout all industry sectors.
✅ Training and Assessment:
Providing courses on bolted joint assembly principles, flange connections, and other critical skills, our approved courses align with global standards and qualifications such as ECITB MJI10/MJI11 and TMJI10/TMJI11, BS EN 1591-4:2013 and ASME-PCC-1 2022.
In addition, we also deliver Human Performance/Human Factors training courses that are approved by ECITB and the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE).
✅ Torque wrench calibration:
Using the most up to date AWS Kepler 4 Calibration and Management software for a simple and intuitive means of recording and saving readings, we offer manual torque wrench calibration to BS EN ISO 6789:2017 standard (Part 1 & Part 2) with a torque range of 10Nm – 1500Nm.
