Phoenix have acquired KB Engineering, a leading manufacturer of seals and gaskets in the West Midlands. KB Engineering is now wholly owned by the Phoenix Group and will be known and traded as Phoenix Sealing West Midlands. The acquisition will ensure inward investment and sealing technology expertise to enhance its product offering.
Since it was establised over 20 years ago, KB Engineering has built a solid reputation for excellent customer service and providing sealing solutions to industry in the West Midlands and beyond. The acquisition by the Phoenix Group will allow continued expansion of the company as well as creating new jobs and growth of the local economy.
