Description

FKM is a fluoroelastomer sheet designed as a cost effective alternative to Viton®. It is typically used where resistance to high temperatures, chemicals and oils is required

Application

FKM has good ozone resistance, and is suitable for mineral oils and greases, aliphatic, aromatic and also special chlorinated hydrocarbons, petrol, diesel fuels, silicone oils and greases. It has outstanding temperature resistance and can be used as an alternative to Nitrile (NBR) at higher temperatures and in outdoor sealing applications
